Pricing

Pricing for E-Devlet document verification

Docufykit prices successful production use of the verification pipeline, not page count. Sandbox stays available for integration testing, while production carries the live quota, retry policy, and overage model.

Commercial plans

These plan cards mirror the current commercial model in the billing specification. Trial is sandbox-only. Paid plans include both sandbox and production quotas, but only production can overage and auto-reload.

Operational model

Sandbox vs production

Both environments use the same core verification engine, but their commercial and operational behavior is intentionally different.

Enterprise planning

Use the enterprise track when you need custom production throughput, custom retention, procurement review, or a security and DPA package before launch.

What is billed and what is not billed again

One production verification is billable when it reaches a terminal result that represents a completed verification decision.

What is billable
  • verified
  • rejected
  • review_required
What is not billed again
  • Idempotent retries of the same create request
  • Webhook retries and manual replays
  • Internal reprocessing of the same verification
  • Platform-caused failures or provider failures attributed to Docufykit
  • Upload creation that never reaches processing

Pricing FAQ

Pricing FAQ

When does quota get reserved?

Quota is reserved at upload-complete, when the uploaded object is validated and processing is about to begin. Terminal billable outcomes convert that reservation into usage.

Can sandbox usage overage?

No. Sandbox consumes the included monthly sandbox quota only. When it is exhausted, new sandbox verifications are blocked until the next cycle.

What happens on downgrade?

Downgrades are scheduled for the next billing cycle. The current cycle keeps the old limits, and new lower limits are enforced at the next cycle start.

How does production auto-reload work?

Auto-reload is production-only. Customers can configure a remaining-balance threshold and a reload pack size. Sandbox has no auto-reload in the initial model.
